We at EPFA Gallery help you deliver an event that people enjoy and remember. An event where guests can relax, mingle, make new connections, and linger much longer than they planned to.

Located in the Golden Triangle of downtown Pittsburgh at 100 7th Street, EPFA Gallery is a convenient walk from most downtown offices with close access to downtown parking.

Our gallery is equipped to handle client parties, company mixers, holiday parties, fundraising events, and networking gatherings. Our gallery offers:

• Unique and creative space for 10 to 50 guests
• Environment where guests can comfortably chat without yelling over blaring music and tv’s
• A small kitchenette that can accommodate your beer, wine, and small plate catering needs
• 10 fold up chairs
• Experienced team who can partner with your rental company regarding logistics with tables, extra chairs, other needs
• Restrooms

We help make your job easier in the event planning process.

• Proactive in the decision-making process so details such as event goals and requirements, capacity, timelines, as well as any additional needs are sorted through ahead of time
• Assistance with quotes for event budgeting
• Consolidated billing if costs are incurred by EPFA Gallery for you
• Assist in collecting data from the event such as number of guests who attend, feedback
• Take pictures of event for future reference, communications, publicity
• ​​​​​​​Color matching advice from an experienced artist
   

Rental Rate:

$500 ($250 for non-profits) for use of space plus an optional $100 cleaning fee due no later than one week before event
